Recently we discussed the Start the Talk website on the CAPO website. This section of the site has been redeveloped to include English and French. See below a link to a Dropbox file. We need to create a new bilingual site to house this for CAPO. I suggest that we create another sub-domain and WordPress install to house the site.

Please download the documents, familiarize yourself with the current Start the Talk website, review how the modules and linking work. We will need to start development on this on Tuesday and get a quick draft together within a week. Ideally I want this project completed, reviewed and updated for the first week of March.
